“Rooted Together”The artwork called 'Rooted Together' invites you to participate: approach it, circle around it, and get close to the sensors on the branches, which truly 'resurrects' the tree. Because it will establish a connection with you, allowing your energy to flow into the roots of the tree, thus enriching its color. Rooted Together "symbolizes unity.
The bottom of this work is made of steel bars, and the tree trunk is equipped with no less than 500 meters of LED tubes and 800 LED light bulbs to form the blade part. The moving lights vividly display the upward flow of water, nutrients, and energy, making the trees and branches lush and constantly climbing. Rooted Together "was co created by ASML and Sama College students.
StudioToer “Candle Lights”On the square in the center of Eindhoven, you can see installations designed by Studio Toer. The device consists of 18 candles, illuminating the entire square and conveying hope and freedom in the dark winter. These candles are an important tribute to our celebration of 80 years of freedom in September last year and emphasize the value of unity and coexistence.
During the day, candlelight shines in the sunlight, smiling at every pedestrian on the square; At night, this device transforms the square into a real dance floor through 1800 lights and 6000 mirrors.
